Our Screen Printing Service Process

Step 1: You Give Us The Design

We have optimized this step of the process to be as simple as possible for you. You can either send us your own design, create one in our Design Studio, or select from a variety of easy-to-customize pre-designed templates and fonts from our graphic library.

Step 2: Our Team Takes Over

Next, our art and design department will analyze every single submission to verify that everything is good to go. They separate every color into separate screens, clean them up, and prepare them for printing. After the final designs are approved we get them ready to be printed. 

Step 3: Printing Begins

Each screen gets set up with the approved color, and each shirt is then printed one screen at a time. We flash-drying the shirt between each individual screen to ensure crisp quality and prevent color bleeding. 

Step 4: Drying

We dry each finished product at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 seconds on one of our conveyer dryers. This process completely cures the ink to the fabric, which ensures your design won’t fade, peel, crack, or wash off.

Step 5: Quality Inspection

Next each t shirt goes through its qualtiy inspection by one of our floor managers. Once approved, it is prepared to be shipped.

Step 6: Shipping

We ship your order to the address you provide us. Each customer is given a guaranteed delivery date, tracking number, and an email confirmation once it has been shipped.

Step 7: Enjoy!

From there it is up to you. Share your new custom screen printed t shirts with your family, friends, coworkers, or sell them to your customers.

Screen Printing FAQ

What kind of inks do you use?

We use the highest quality plastisol inks available. We use plastisol inks because they are very versitile, they rarely need any kind of adjustment, they don't dry unless properly cured, and they are extemely durable. Using plastisol inks ensure that your shirts will last for years.

Do you offer water-based inks?

Yes, we do everything we can to offer our customers all of the options available which means we do offer water based inks upon request. Please contact us to discuss options for water based ink printing.

Will your screen printing come off in the wash?

Absolutely not! The high quality plastisol inks that we use in conjunction with our perfected printing and drying process, means that your custom apparel is made to last.

Do you only print t shirts?

While screen printed shirts are our number one selling product, we print on a variety of products including, hoodies, sweaters, caps and hats, bags, towels, sweatpants, women's apparel, and more. Will you flash your prints on dark colored garments?
